NotEs:
The e-learning courses are available at arandatraining.com and are scheduled to take place in approximately 10 hours.

The day of the beginning of the face-to-face training will verify that the participants have been certified in the virtual e-learning courses and passed with minimum, with 75 points the exams. The instructor will solve the doubts that have of the e-learning platform.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Aranda Software reserves the right to cancel courses that do not meet the minimum number of attendees up to 3 business days prior to the initiation of the same.

Cancellation Policies:

  • The client can cancel their attendance to the course up to 8 business days prior to the initiation of the course.
  • If the cancellation is made up to 3 business days before the start of the course, the client must assume a fine equivalent to 20% of the total value of the course.
  • If the cancellation is made outside the stipulated deadlines, it will be assumed that the course has been carried out and the client has to cancel the entire course value.
  • If the student does not show up, a charge of 100% of the course fee will be charged.
  • Substitutions: They are accepted with a notice of at least three (3) business days prior to the start of the course and the substitute student must meet the course prerequisites.
