Optimize your Company asset management
Integrate them on a unique data repository and analize, control and administrate the resources on their life cycle.

With Aranda Configuration Management Data Base (CMDB) get to know all the characteristics of your company’s asset (location, vendor data, contracts, invoices), keep information updated and classified, establish conditions and relationships between registered assets, Its responsible components and users, generates a periodic maintenance of its resources and defines the depreciation variables of this resources.
Aranda CMDB allows you to store all the information of the infrastructure configuration elements of your company (hardware, software, documentation) in a single data repository, which will be reflected in cost reduction, greater efficiency and improvement in the levels of Service with respect to its resources, while helping to determine the total cost of your property taking into account variables of purchase, guarantee, use and maintenance of your assets.

TCO Knowledge (Standard & Enterprise Edition): Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) is a calculation method designed to help users and business managers to determine the direct and indirect costs as well as the benefits related to the purchase of computer equipment or software. This tool offers a final summary that reflects not only the cost of the purchase, but also aspects of the use and maintenance. This includes training for support personnel and for users, the cost of operation, and the necessary equipment or consulting work. This will make it easier for you to make a management and / or budget balance for each department or area of the company and thus, efficiently evaluate the use and inventory of existing assets.
Enterprise Edition: Manage and control the financial information of your organization’s configuration items (CIs) (sobra la s de organization’s), audit asset depreciation, or learn about features such as purchase price, invoice-to-contract relationships, Costs, location and corresponding guarantees. For each asset, you can have a record of existence and respective version, as well as its history.
Profiles (Enterprise Edition): Get to know the assets associated with each profile and determine the total costs for each resource, facilitating budget projection and streamlining processes to evaluate expenses by charge.
Cost Management (Standard & Enterprise Edition): Implement a practical tool for planning expenses, budgets and projections through cost management through the generation of reports classified by cost centers, branches, business units, suppliers, departments, among others.
- Enterprise Edition: Develop an annual, monthly, or weekly maintenance plan for your assets and store a history of the procedures performed by each asset. This facilitates the prompt attention and solution of a maintenance order, depending on the urgency of the same.
- Contract management (Enterprise Edition): Manage the information of your contracts by associating each registered asset, allocating cost centers, defining IC maintenance plans and generating alarms by expiration, allowing to know and distribute the total cost of resources in the Areas of the organization.
- CIs Relationships: Create relationships between the elements of configuration graphically, in order to have a global perspective of the resource as such and to carry out balances of management of the infrastructure.
- Catalog of Services: Establish a catalog of services according to your needs, associating elements of configuration of your infrastructure, agreements and levels of service, users and companies, groups of specialists, responsibilities, among others.
At the console
The hardware and software requirements for the AAM Server depend mainly on the number of stations to be inventoried. The minimum conditions for installation are given below. However, these characteristics may be higher than those indicated.
In the client
Processor | Intel Core 2.6 Ghz
Operating System | Microsoft Windows 2003 Server or higher. 32 and 64 bits. Internet Information Services 6.0 or higher Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 |
Proportion CIs vs. Storage
No. of Stations | 1 a 50.000 | 50,001 and above |
Hard Drive | 3 GB | 5 GB |
Memory | 2 GB* | 3 GB |
* Initially only requires 2 GB of memory, but keep in mind that for every 50,000 ICs it is necessary to have an additional 1 GB.
On the server
Processor | Intel Xeon 3 Ghz or higher
Memory | 2 GB | |
Operating System | Microsoft Windows 2003 Server or higher. 32 and 64 bits. Internet Information Services 6.0 or higher Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
Free space in DD | 2 GB |
Database server
Processor | Intel Xeon Processor or similar
Memory* | 2 GB RAM and 1 GB additional per 30 connections to the database
Operating System | Microsoft Windows 2003 Server or higher
Other | CD-ROMs or access to one over the network |
