We partnered with HP Proactive Insights to improve ITSM service management in Latin American companies.

Po facilitate alert monitoringunder a customizable parameterization model for its creation as a service desk case in an automatic manner, we have created an alliance that allows the interaction between Aranda Service Management and technology Tech Pulse technology.

We were part of ANDICOM 2021, the meeting point for the main companies in the IT industry in Colombia and Latin America.

We shared with people from different parts of the region experiences and knowledge about innovation and digital transformation that have generated business value to important companies in LATAM.

We continue to promote the digital transformation path in Latin American companies, creating spaces of decisive interest for the technological advancement of companies in the region.

Reinventing the management of education services

Together with Microsoft, we unveiled the integration of Microsoft Teams with our modern service management solution, a unified platform for the registration and follow-up of service requests in the different areas of the institution.

Accelerating the path to cloud-based digital transformation

Together with Microsoft we shared, with 206 people from different companies, a space prepared to talk about the digital transformation in the delivery of services with Service Management in the cloud, which offers value to all business units.

We continue to strengthen the relationship with our ambassadors

Developing leaders in industry knowledge

During this period, three training sessions were held, in which we had more than 178 attendees, linked to our ambassador program.

We present the new functionalities of our solutions, always meeting the current needs of our customers and the industry. The following are the activities and advances generated during this period:

Aranda Field Service

Adicionalmente, en este trimestre, se actualizó el manual de usuario de AFLS para incluir instrucciones sobre todos los módulos y atender sugerencias de los clientes. Se avanzó en el diseño del nuevo módulo de gestión de eventos y se liberó una primera versión. También se corrigieron errores y se estabilizó la interfaz de usuario combinando componentes en el framework Backbone (usado en las versiones anteriores de AFLS) y componentes en React (que se utilizarán de ahora en adelante). Además, el equipo actualizó el software para utilizar la nueva librería Aranda commons 9.7 y se incorporaron nuevas pruebas para revisar este cambio.
