¿Qué integraciones son nativas en Aranda?

Las integraciones nativas incluyen ADM ↔ CMDB, ASMS ↔ AFLS, ASMS ↔ AVS y la autenticación con Active Directory/LDAP. Están incluidas en el producto base y no requieren conectores adicionales ni licencias externas.

¿Qué integraciones requieren configuración de API?

Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, Power BI, SAP, herramientas de monitoreo y sistemas ERP/CRM se integran mediante las APIs REST de Aranda. Requieren configurar credenciales y mapeo de campos en AIC, sin depender de suscripciones a plataformas de terceros.

¿Se puede integrar con herramientas ITSM de terceros como ServiceNow o Jira?

Sí. Jira / Jira Service Management cuenta con un conector certificado incluido con ASMS. La integración con ServiceNow es posible vía API REST a través de AIC. En ambos casos no se requiere instalar apps desde marketplaces externos ni contratar suscripciones adicionales.

¿AIC permite orquestar automatizaciones complejas?

Sí. AIC incluye un motor de orquestación con flujos multietapa, condiciones, bifurcaciones, reintentos automáticos y manejo de errores. Un mismo flujo puede leer de un ERP, crear un CI en CMDB y abrir un caso en ASMS.

¿Se pueden crear conectores personalizados?

Sí. AIC puede extender sus capacidades de integración mediante conectores personalizados hacia sistemas con APIs REST o SOAP. Si el cliente requiere un conector que no se encuentre disponible actualmente, puede solicitarlo a Aranda para evaluar su implementación de acuerdo con las características y necesidades de la integración.

¿Cómo se gestiona la seguridad en las integraciones?

AIC centraliza credenciales con OAuth 2.0, API Keys, Basic Auth y certificados digitales. Todas las comunicaciones usan TLS, los accesos se controlan mediante RBAC y cada ejecución queda registrada en bitácora de auditoría.

¿Qué diferencia hay entre conector, API y automatización?

Un conector es un artefacto preconfigurado y reutilizable que encapsula la conexión con un sistema. Una API es la integración directa usando servicios REST configurados en AIC. Una automatización es el flujo que combina conectores y/o APIs para ejecutar acciones ante un evento o condición.
