The mobile application is a vital tool for the work of the field specialist. Through it, he will know in detail which service is to be performed in the work order and will have the necessary information available to execute it. The field staff only requires a smartphone (with Android or iOS operating system) to access the application and find the work orders to be executed and on the established route.

The inventory module, which allows parts to be linked to locations. Spare parts can be kept in the company's warehouses, can be delivered to specialists or can be released for damage or deliveries to customers.

Reports

The tool has a set of 6 pre-configured reports that provide information on work orders, costs, service trends, compliance and field specialist information.

Alerts

The monitor will have a visible notification on the screen when service level agreements are not met to a customer on a work order.
