La aplicación móvil es una herramienta vital para el trabajo del especialista en campo. A través de esta él sabrá en detalle cuál es el servicio que debe realizar en la orden de trabajo y tendrá disponible la información necesaria para ejecutarla. El personal en campo sólo requiere un smartphone (con sistema operativo Android o iOS) para acceder a la aplicación y encontrar las órdenes de trabajo que debe ejecutar y en la ruta establecida.

The inventory module, which allows to relate parts to locations. Spare parts can be kept in the company's warehouses, can be delivered to specialists or can be released for damages or deliveries to customers.

La herramienta cuenta con un conjunto de 6 reportes preconfigurados que permiten obtener información de las órdenes de trabajo, costos, tendencias de los servicios, cumplimiento e información de los especialistas en campo.

The monitor will have a visible notification on the screen when service level agreements are not met to a customer on a work order.
